The aim of this study to identify the reality of the health services during disasters and how we can improve it. So we used a survey (SERVQUAL standard questionnaire) for health workers in 7 hospitals in north syria and we analysed the result depending on SPSS and we made recommendations and we made interviews with the managers at the same hospitals to support our research and focus on the weakness points to find solutions. The results show that the relationship between each dimension and the rest of the dimensions is a positive and statistically significant relationship at a significant level of 0.01, which confirms the quality of health services and their integration with each other. These dimensions were ranked in terms of positive results (response, assurance, empathy, reliability and tangible).
