A research about human resources management practises of firms in Afyonkarahisar

The importance of human resources that organizations have is increasing day by day. Nowadays, human resources is becoming values which determine strategies of organizations. Efficient use of human resources that organizations have and availing employers to develop themselves through various trainings increase firm?s productivity. So, the current approach which sees human as a resource will be replaced by the approach that see human as a value. The main factor which rises human factors? significance in recent years is the perception of supoptimal use of information in organizations in terms of competition.The aim of this study is to research of organizations in Afyonkarahisar regarding their human resources activities and practice results. At this end, an questionnaire is prepared and posted to firms located in Afyonkarahisar. SPSS 17 version is used for evaluating the questions.Findings regarding the relationship between human resources policies and firms will benefit future researches.
