Abstract (EN)

VIII. SUMMARYTHE RELATION OF THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY OF THE SEASONABLECHANGING OF THE ALLERGEN FUNGUS SPORES IN GOVERNMENT BUILDINGSIN AFYONKARAHISARAlong one year, the purpose of the present study was to invetigate the changing thefungus spores which are depended on meteorological conditions in government buildings inAfyonkarahisar. In the present study from May 2004 to April 2005 the eight government buildings weretaken in Afyonkarahisar. They are the consumption hospital and The Kocatepe University ofAfyon Blue Hospital, Pink Hospital, Red Hospital, finance building, managing of agricultureand the building of rectorship. These buildings were divided into two groups as over ten yearsold and under ten years old. In every associations, every month, the colonies of fungus indoorair of these buildings with the method of The Petri Plate Gravitational Settling using rosebengal chloromphenicol agar (RBCA) were determined. The seasonal averages of the resultswere demonstrated with tables and figures. The relation was tried to determined by comparingthe tables and figures and the meteorological factors of their time.As a result, twelve species of fungus were determined indoor environment in thegovernment buildings in Afyonkarahisar. Among these the most Penicillium (%15.7) wasfound, following Cladosporium (%10.5), Alternaria (%7.2), Aspergillus (%2.9) and the otherswere determined. In both of the buildings these fungus spores rised depended on theincreasing humidity indoor and the increasing heat in summer. But in winter, the number offungus colonies were reduced depended on the decreasing the average of humidity and heat.In summer, the number of indoors fungus colonies increased because of reducing the averageof humidity outdoor invorenments. But in winter, with the increasing of the average ofoutdoors humidity, the number of the indoors fungus colony increased. But along the wholeyear, the average of humidity of outdoor invorenment determined for suitable way over %50for increasing of fungus. As the result of our study, in our district, it is determined that the number of indoorfungus spores showed seasonable changing and showed the differences according to the otherdistricts. We believe that in every districts, the designation of seasonable changing will beuseful for diagnosis and medical treatment of the fact of astma and allergic rhinitis.
