Abstract (EN)
In this study, the determination of L. monocytogenes and Salmonella species in a total of 300 chicken visceral products consisting of 100 hearts, 100 gizzards and 100 livers, which were freshly consumed in Afyonkarahisar between August 2013 and February 2015, by using immunomagnetic separation technique, disc antibiotic susceptibility profiles of isolates. It is aimed to be determined by diffusion method. 13% (39/300) Salmonella spp. And 2,6% (300/8) L. monocytogenes were detected from internal organ samples. Culture technique and IMS were used to analyze the samples. Obtained 39 Salmonella spp. 9 of the isolates were isolated from the heart (23,2%), 1 from the gizzard (2,5%) and 29 (74,3%) from the liver. The isolate numbers of L. monocytogenes according to the type of internal organs are respectively; 2 (25%) heart, 5 (62,5%) and 1 (12,5%) liver were detected. Salmonella spp. 100% of isolates to tetracycline, chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline, 64,1% to penicillin, 48,7% to ampicillin, 46,1% to fluorphenicol, 43,5% to amoxicillin, 26% to streptomycin Resistance to gentamicin was not observed while 15,3% was resistant to enrofloxacin and 7,6% to trimethoprim / sulfadiazine. 62,5% of the obtained L. monocytogenes isolates (8) to tetracycline, chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline and trimethoprim / sulfadiazine, 50% to amoxicillin, florfenikol, 37,5% to enrofloxacin, 25% to ampicillin. and penicillin and 12,5% were resistant to streptomycin. Salmonella spp. and none of the L. monocytogenes isolates developed resistance to gentamicin. Salmonella spp. and L. monocytogenes isolates were observed to be multiple resistant to at least one or more antibiotics.
