For this purpose, a total of 100 Afyon kaymagı samples collected from 9 different salers between 2007-2008 during the mounths of spring, autumn and winter were used as research material. In the analyzed 100 samples of Afyon kaymagı, E. coli was found in the seven samples at the numbers of 2,1x102, 1,8x102, 1,0x102, 1,0x102, 1,0x102, 1,2x101, 1,0x102 kob/g, respectivly. No E. coli O157:H7 was determined in the samples.
