Immanuel Kant from moral philosophy to philosophy of law

Legal philosophy is a special section of the philosophy concerning the law. This section explores the foundations and nature of law and legal systems. And it provides the discovery of legal principles and legal decisions. It also contributes to the development of modern law by providing a source of legal theories. Modern law is the development of a process that develops over time and is influenced by the views of various thinkers and human life. In this context, especially the philosophers' opinions have an important effect. One of the most important of these philosophers is Immanuel Kant. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Immanuel Kant and his ideas on philosophy, and in particular on the philosophy of law. The study was revealed through literature research. On this path, Kant's life began to be studied first afterwards, a conclusion was reached in the light of ethics, philosophy of law, and thoughts on the understanding of the state.
