Abstract (EN)
Ahmed Saib tarafından kaleme alınmış ‘’Son Osmanlı Rus Muharebesi ‘’adlı eser Mehmed Arif ve Gazenkampf’ın eserlerinden istifade ederek yazılmıştır. Akıcı ve yer yer detaylı bilgi verilerek yazılmıştır. Kitap 15 bölümden oluşmaktadır ve bu bölümlerde Osmanlı Rus Muharebesinin hem Kafkasya’da hem de Balkanlar’daki durumunu ele almaktadır. Yazar, Osmanlı ve Rusya arasındaki ilişkileri Sultan Abdulaziz döneminin sonlarından Ayestefanos antlaşmasına kadar ele almıştır. Yazar Ahmed saib eserini anlatırken tarihte adı pek geçmeyen şahıslarla ilgili de bilgi vererek 93 Harbi’ndeki rolünü ortaya koymuştur.
