Ahmet bin Abdülfettah el-Muciri el-Melvi's "el-Kavl el-Fasıl fi Esrar el-Fasil and el-Vasil" edition critics of justice

The Islamic sciences went through several stages, including formation, authorship, explanation, annotation, and then composing, explanation, and abbreviation through the ages, based on the science and its origins. Among these sciences, which obtained a degree of classification and composition, is rhetoric. It is like other sciences, the classification of which was sometimes combined and other times like messages and mini compositions. Many authors and students turned to collective literature and neglected messages, thinking that collective literature was the best and of the greatest benefit. They might not have known that messages had benefits that did not exist in other types, and so was the case with mini compositions that contained details and minutes that did not exist in major compositions as their authors were afraid of prolongation. Therefore, I chose one of the messages in rhetoric, which deals with part of the rhetoric by abundance of information and abbreviation together, because it was composition, and it was like a necklace of pearls gathering beauty and perfection together. This message is "Al-Qawl Al-Fasl fi Asrar Al-Fasl Wal Wasl by Ahmed bin Abdul-Fattah Al-Mujiri Al-Mallawi, who is one of the scientists of the twelfth Hijri century. I had the honor to examine and study it in detail, providing it with a linguistic study and then examined its manuscript. The research was divided into two parts: In Chapter One, I had a quick pause on the life of the author, his writings, sheikhs, students and intellectual and religious views, with a brief overview of the history of rhetoric and rhetorical systems. In chapter Two, I studied a manuscript in detail, documenting the manuscript and then studying it linguistically and explaining the closed text of it, etc. as explained later. Keywords: el-Muciri, es-Sekkaki, el-Kavlu'l-Fasıl, Belagat, Nazm, el-Fasl and el-Vasl إن العلوم الإسلامیة مرت بعدة مراحل منھا النشوء والتألیف والشرح والتحشیة ومن ثم ً النظم والشرح والاختصار عبر العصور وحسب العلم ونشأتھ، ومن ھذه العلوم التي نالت قد من را ھ جامعا نوع ً التصنیف والنظم علم البلاغة وھو كغیره من العلوم كان التصنیف بعض وبعضھ في من أنواعھ وجزء من أجزائھ كرسائل ومنظومات مصغرة، وكثیر من المؤلفین والطلبة الذین ٍ یتجھون إلى المؤلفات الجامعة ویھملون الرسائل على ظن م فائدة، بأن التآلیف الجامعة خیر وأعظ ولربما غاب عنھم أن في الرسائل من الفوائد ما لیس في غیرھا، وكذا المنظومات المصغرة حوت من التفاصیل والدقائق ما لیس في المؤلفات الكبیرة خشیة مؤلفیھا من الإطالة، ولذا عمدت إلى إحدى الرسائل في علم البلاغة والتي تتناول جزءا من البلاغة بغزارة المعلومة واختصار معا، ً لأنھا كانت نظما، فكانت كعقد لؤلؤ جمع الجمال والكمال معا، وھي رسالة: القول الفصل في أسرار الفصل والوصل لأحمد بن عبد الفتاح المجیري الملوي وھو من علماء القرن الحادي عشر ً ً الھجري، حیث تشرفت بتحقیقھ ودراستھ دراسة مفصلة مق دما لھ دراسة لغویة ومن ثم تحقیقا لمخطوطھ وقد قسمت البحث إلى بابین: الباب الأول وقفت فیھ وقفة سریعة على حیاة المؤلف ومؤلفاتھ وشیوخھ وتلامذتھ وأراءه الفكریة والدینیة، مع عرض لمحة موجزة عن تاریخ البلاغة ً بتوثیق للمخطوط ومن ثم والمنظومات البلاغیة، والباب الثاني قمت بدراسة مخطوطھ مفصلا .ً ً وشرح المغلق منھ ونحو ذلك على ما سیأتي لاحقا دراستھ لغویا الكلمات المفتاحیة: المجیري الملوي، السكاكي، القول الفصل، تحقیق، بلاغة، منظومة، الفصل والوصل.
