Ahmet Midhat Efendi Müntehabât-ı Tercümân-ı Hakîkat Volume 1 review, analysis, index, translation

In this study, index, review and transferring from old alphabet into the new alphabet of the first volume of three-decked work called "Müntehabatı Tercümanı Hakikat" made by Ahmet Mithat Efendi , that published in Tercümanı Hakikat newspaper are studied. Writer of the book gives these information about the content under the title of "warning" that ; In chapter 1, information about Ahmet Mithat Efendi, Tercüman-ı Hakikat and Müntehabat-ı Tercüman-ı Hakikat are given. In chapter two, contents are told about by forming a frame at the level of titles. Along with the content of the work,concept art of the writers are given places as well. In the same chapter, the summary of the selected texts and the sample texts are shared. In chapter 3,the work are converted to the new letters by remaining true to the original version and the anectodes , articles, stories, quotes , criticism etc. in the work are transferred into modern Turkish. Index of the work transferred in the same way. At the end of the work,after sharing the result of the study, editorial staff are given place as well. Research scholars are provided to reach the text and the wtiter by adding an index to the end of the work.
