Campus soil information system of ANS area

Nowadays, information and technology is in continuous development. Standard of living of people with developments, implementation challenges in areas such as facilities are provided. These developments in the field of cartography to map and geographic information systems. Geographic information system program (GIS) and maps can be drawn, digital maps can be created, the map can be made on data entry, can be processed, analyzed, and these data are computer programs that can query on the digital map. The program has been made in the preparation process of the digital map will be transferred to the internet environment. People want to see this map from the internet to review and analyze information in advance will. A study will use the GIS map gives directions to the business and provide time saving.İn this study Afyon Kocatepe University, Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus depend (ANS) field is intended to be the formation of ground Information System. ANS satellite image on campus already has been decided to make 29 points marked. On each point, the dynamic penetration test, field tests have been made. Dynamic penetration test device with up to 10cm in depth was 9.5mm intervals. As a result of registration, were taken for measurement. Records digital map production, data entry and analysis features that can be made for geographic information systems program has been transferred to the Arc GIS 9.2 program. ANS campus area in the floor of the digitized map data to the DPT as the experimental results were entered. Arc GIS program with the ability to analyze each of the experiments made by 29 points in the power and ground bearing was displayed on a computer.
