The effect of Facebook on communication within the family: Example of Kütahya

The family is an extremely important social institution that is projection of society. Children that form the future society are born and grow in a family and are shaped by that family. In these days, there are many different impact of Facebook on people and social life but in this study, it is looked at the effect of Facebook in on communication within the family by bringing different perspective.In this research, it was focused that social environment leave its position to virtual plarforms with the widespread use of computer and internet. The widespread ose of social media, which is the product of the internet. At this point, Facebook a social networking site which has a large user group and its effect on communication within the family.It dıscussed in the reserach about how Facebook affect the socialisation of individuals, for what purpose Facebook users use the site, how much time is spent in Facebook, the adultery fact via Facebook, and the effect of these on communication within the family.
