Abstract (EN)

The fact that the Ak Party goverment came to power in 2002 was an important milestone for Turkish foreign policy. West axis from the following organizations traditionally has been seen as a policy of Turkey during the country's central goverment and the Ak Party foreign policy especially in the Middle East policy has followed more active policies. The Middle East's underground resources and geostrategic position are one of the most remarkable geographies of the whole world.Due to the most geostrategic geoeconomic and geocultural position of this geography this region has always been on the area of struggle of the sovereign Powers. The Middle East region has an important position in the world politics. Most of the energy source in the world is provided by petrol in this region. Therefore the international forces those wanted to dominate the region were in a great struggle in the region. The Middle East which has hosted differant civilizations during the history has been transformed into a field of struggle for the international actors with the discovery of petrol. The Suez Canal the Gulf of Ade, and the Hürmüz Strait have increased the geostrategic importance of the region. Which sets the level of contemporary civilization and its founding philosophy of Turkey's national security goals in the Middle East because of realpolitik and geo-political stringency, consistent with regional and global powers and overlapping security-oriented foreign policy has followed a strategy. But turn away from this attitude of Turkey since the 1980s began to pursue a more active foreign policy. The assumption in favor of Turkey in the United States in the Gulf War caused great economic losses. In the aftermath of September 11 cavities formed in the region it has caused Turkey to actively pursue a policy towards this region. AK Party period, followed by active foreign policy and pro-active diplomacy, economic, political and security interests of Turkey, seeks to balance regional and global power and conflicting interests that overlap with the regional power is not rhetoric. When the interests of these hegemonic powers are resolved through cooperation diplomacy and peaceful reconciliation, we can predict peace, stability and order in the region. The constant tensions in this geography have prepared the Middle East to be a region that is constantly on the world agenda. The most well-known of these problems is the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which has become chronic. In this respect, it is seen that the universal democratic solutions that are under power, interest and pressure in the context of the search for rights, freedom, change and justice of the people of the region for good governance are under the influence of internal and external influence. This concept will be discussed in the first part of the study of the Middle East and for the world of historically scrutinized and Turkey will be discussed as having vital importance to what extent. In the second part of the study in today's Middle East policy so that an overall assessment of Turkey's institutions will be taken as historical.
