Abstract (EN)

In this master's thesis, the limitations of the VIP.m software, which was used for processing Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data, were identified, and the process of updating the software was examined. Due to changes in data sources, lack of compatibility with technological advancements, and an unsustainable structure, VIP.m was deemed no longer functional. Following evaluations, it was concluded that the software could not be effectively improved in its current form, and a completely new software solution was developed from scratch. Within this scope, a new software named AFD (Automatic File Downloader) was developed using MATLAB. It was designed to automate the downloading and organization of GNSS data, particularly from IGS (International GNSS Service) and IGL (International Geodynamics and GNSS Laboratory). AFD provides a dynamic user interface, supports FTP and HTTP protocols, performs date format conversions, and incorporates a structured file management system, significantly enhancing user experience. Furthermore, optimized algorithms were implemented to improve both the accuracy and speed of data processing. AFD has been designed with a modular architecture that allows for future expansion and integration of different data sources and functionalities.
