Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between academics' positive psychological capital perceptions and job performance. In this context, data was collected using the survey technique used in quantitative research methods on 245 academics working at Batman University. Statistical analyzes were performed on the data obtained from the survey. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency test was applied to test the reliability of positive psychological capital and job performance scale total scores. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to check the validity and reliability of the scales and to determine whether they were measured in accordance with the factor structure. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to decide distribution normality. In cases where normal distribution was observed in the data, t-test (Independent sample t-test) was used to compare two independent groups. One-way ANOVA analysis was preferred to compare more than two unrelated groups, and post-hoc analyzes were carried out to determine the source of the difference. In case of homogeneity of variances, Bonferroni test was used, and in cases where there was no homogeneity, Tamhane's tests were used. Levene statistics was used to determine the homogeneity of variances and it was determined whether the variances were homogeneous. In order to determine the relationship between academics' positive psychological capital perceptions and their job performance, the relationship between the positive psychological capital scale\subdimension total scores and job performance scale scores was examined with the Pearson correlation coefficient. According to the research results, it was concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between academics' positive psychological capital perceptions and their job performance.
