Abstract (EN)

As a result of this study we reached the following conclusions.TNF-alpha is a strong predictor of linflammation caused by lung cancer or surgical trauma. Also TNF-? indicates local bronchial inflammation caused by surgical trauma alone.Cytokine response to surgical trauma doesn?t depend on the size of lung resections, depends on whether there is thoracotomy.Diffirence between data and parameters like cancer type, age or stage was not determined. In COPD while FVC is decreasing, increasing TNF-? levels and a pro-inflammatory response was observed. The IL-8 inflammatory response to surgical trauma was found to be more precise in COPD patients. In patients with increased IL-8 levels in healty lung?s BAL, should be considered to add decortication to lung resection. In lung cancer patients with diabetes, despite an increased inflammatory response there is low IL-8 levels. In cases with increased response to TNF-?, postoperative cardiac complications were more frequent. Also in case with increased response to IL-8 postoperative systemic complications were more frequent.
