Abstract (EN)
The nervous system is a very complex structure. In recent years, researchers have tried to model the brain and nervous system. For biological and physical reasons, the responses of neurons are non-linear. In this study, circuits that perform three neuron responses designed with active elements are designed. The responses of nerve cells are obtained as a result of the current (in the form of square wave and ramp function) applied to the inputs of these circuit models containing memristor and OTA circuit elements. In addition, many types of neuron responses are obtained by voltage control in these circuits. It is thought that these circuits, which are difficult to realize physically today but can be produced at the nanometer level with the development of nanotechnology, will create a new treatment method in medicine. Thus, it is foreseen that it will be able to produce the desired reactions in nervous system diseases that cannot be treated today and to perform treatment thanks to electronic nerve cells compatible with the body.
