The sample group was investigationby random sampling method among the athletes who studied at Gazi University, Faculty of Sport Sciences in 2018-2019 academic year. female) = 75] athletes. In the study, Bilgi Personal Information Form tarafından, "Aggression Scale Tuz developed by Tuzgöl (1998) and Violence Tendency Scale tarafından developed by Göka, Bayat and Türkçapar (1995) were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the data, frequency and percentage distributions describing the personal characteristics of the participants were extracted, arithmetic means and standard deviations of the responses to the scales were calculated and distributions related to violence tendencies and aggression levels were determined.Independent variables related to sub-problems; Violence tendency and aggression levels were tested by parametric tests, t test was used for paired comparisons, and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used for three or more cluster comparisons. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation (r) Coefficient technique was used to determine the relationship between the participants' violent tendency and aggression levels. Significance level was taken as "p <0.05". According to the results of the research; There was a significant difference in the violence tendency of inactive athletes depending on gender. This difference arises from the fact that male participants have a higher tendency to violence. There was a significant difference in the violence tendency of active athletes depending on monthly income variable. The average scores due to this difference show that as the monthly income of active athletes decreases, the tendency of violence increases. It was found that there was a significant inverse relationship between age and sports age variables of inactive athletes and aggression levels. Finally, it is concluded that there is a relationship between violence tendencies and aggression levels of both active and inactive groups and this relationship is positive.
