Abstract (EN)
The concept of job security, which constitutes one of the most important subjects of Labor Law, has become more important nowadays with the development of social state understanding. In general, job security can be defined as securing the employee's job, protecting the employment contract against arbitrary termination and limiting the right of termination of the employer, and preventing the termination of valid termination. The fact that enterprises can continue their existence in business life and quality and efficiency is high is only possible by increasing the performance of employees. Job stressors affect the individual's work performance. In the first part of the study, the concepts of job security, the conditions of job security, the scope of the Labor Law are included, the concept of job security has been studied and explained in detail. In the second part of the study, performance concept and performance management, performance evaluation methods, errors in performance evaluation process, information about the use of performance management system are included. In the third part, which is the last part of the study, the effect of Job Assurance on Performance was investigated and the effects of job security on the performance of employees were investigated in the sample of Afyonkarahisar State Railways Employees. Research data revealed that there was a statistically significant relationship between job security argument and performance dependent variable.
