Abstract (EN)

In the fourth century hijri, some disputations in relation to the necessity of adopting a certain religious sect have been made no sooner than the sects had completed their institutionalization process substantially. These arguements which took place especially between Hanafi and Shafii scholars, featured in some seperate studies afterwards. Mugheeth al-Halq fi Tarjeeh al-qawl al-haqq which was written down by Juwaynī (d. 478/1085), a Shafii scholar, is one of the most important instances of these studies in regards to having a leading effect on these disputations which took place on his time and later on. In this work of Juwaynī; He claimed that the Shafi'i sect was superior to other sects, made heavy criticisms about the imams of other sects, and in later periods, works were written in response to these claims and criticisms of the author. One of these works is the treatise named Teşyîʿu fukahâi'l-Hanefiyye li-teşnîʿi süfehâi'ş-Şâfiiyye by Alī al-Qārī (d. 1014/1605). In this study, the analysis and analysis of the aforementioned work was carried out and in this context, the works written by Hanafi scholars to criticize the work called Mughīth were compared. Our work consists of three parts. In the first part, there is information about the period in which Alī al-Qārī lived, his life and his scientific personality. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the work and its comparison with similar works. In the last part, the text of the treatise, which is the subject of our research, is given.
