Abstract (EN)

Still continues to change with the changing social structure rather than the management of the business began to sit in one of the main stone is the concept of human resource management. Human resources management in modern construction employee to appear as an individual and a personality that provided social, organizational structure has given a commitment to support scientific.Businesses need to be channeled towards a sustainable policy's creation of manpower due to take place in human resources management and its functions are supported. Human resources management is the most basic concepts of justice and equality principles, today introduced the concept of a common definition of competence and the work done on this concept leads. The main reason for the existence of an enterprise of human resources, the "running down the right choice for the job description" to create an equation that sheds light on the scientific approach to competency. Competency-based recruitment, businesses in need of qualified labor supply is the most current methods. In this study, in general, the most basic function of human resources in the recruitment phase of the concept of competency-based recruitment and their applications in data and the results shared. Businesses have different dynamics theory applied to information gained through interviews with the actual state of trying to be questioned.
