Abstract (EN)
The concepts of migration and immigrant are notions, that change, vary or shrink according to various events and phenomena. This thought is effective in the determination of historical events and phenomena in German literature that made it possible to look at the concepts of migration and immigrant from various perspectives from the 20th century to the present day. In this context, Hitler's power and World War II, Guest Workers' Migration, the Cold War and the post-Berlin Wall and today's Refugee Crisis come to the fore, and the samples are selected accordingly. First of all, migration and (im)migrant are examined in terms of conceptual and theoretical aspects. The definition of migration and its meaning, which varies according to various parameters are explained. Then, migration theories are given as classical and international theories. The second part of the first chapter looks at the concept of immigrant from various perspectives and examines the emerging theories of immigrant integration. The second chapter deals with the changing and transforming meanings of migration and (im)migrant in the history of Germany, with special emphasis on the periods that are important for this study. In the third chapter, the relationship between literature, migration and (im)migrants is explained with examples. The fourth part is the practical part of the study. Anna Seghers, Sten Nadolny, Peter Schneider and Daniel Zipfel's works "Transit", "Selim oder die Gabe der Rede","Eduards Heimkehr" and "Eine Handvoll Rosinen" are examined in the context of migration and (im)migrant. Firstly, biographies of the authors are given and their relations with migration and (im)migrant are explained, then information is given about the work and abstracts of the works are written to prevent possible confusion. Later; the author's point of view, the types of migration and migrants in the work, the migrations in the work in terms of migration theories, the effects of migration process on people and immigrant integration issues are examined with the main titles. In the last part, data are given and compared. In this study which is an example of the case study, disciplines such as Soyology, Psychology, Social Psychology and History are utilized and content analysis is performed. Works that draw attention to the concepts such as impelled migration, refugee, transit refugee, guest workers, guest worker migration, remigration, homecoming, migrant smugglers are analyzed both with content and comparative analysis. As a result, it is tried to explain how migration and (im)migrants are transferred and perceived in German literature from the 20th century to the present day.
