Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to determine the energy saving potentials of the devices used in the Rings Shopping Center in Sancaktepe district of Istanbul, by examining the energy consumption. All devices that consume electricity were examined with detailed measurements, observations and calculations. The devices that serve as cooling in the summer period, and the devices and other consumption elements (pumps, air handling units, lighting, etc.) that provide heating of the building in the winter period are analyzed in detail and analyzed their situation. While it is recommended to control the combustion settings and bring the O2 (%) values to the range of 1-4.5 and the flue gas temperature to 120-130 ° C in order to increase the efficiency in the boilers, it has been determined that the energy efficiency is at the maximum level since the cooling tower fans are operated with a frequency inverter. air handling units are equipped with necessary precautions in terms of energy efficiency. The infrastructure of the electric motors of the facility has been evaluated as good. It is determined that it is possible to save 252.388 kW of energy annually at an annual rate of 63% when using new generation energy-saving lighting that can replace existing lighting. Panel Axitec brand AC-375MH / 144S model 375 Wp capacity panels are designed to use the entire region on the roof of the facility and that receives direct sunlight. In the design, it was determined that 368,440 Kw, 330,200 Kw with PVSyst program, 373,580 kW with Pysol program and an average of 357,407 Kw annual electricity generation.
