Abstract (EN)

Over time, shopping malls have ceased to be shopping places where only the needs are met, and became the places where entertaining times were spent in addition to social interactions. In this study, it is aimed to identify the factors that affect the consumer purchasing behavior in shopping malls and to reveal the relationship between these factors and the consumer shopping habits and purchasing reasons. In addition, the effect of the gender that is a consumer demographic characteristic was investigated. the data obtained in the research were collected by questionnaire method. ın the comparison of quantitative data, the difference between the two groups was analyzed by the T-Test, for the groups more than two, the One-Way Anova test was used to compare the parameters between the groups. Furthermore, the data were analyzed and interpreted using Pearson's chi-square test, Correlation and Regression analyzes
