Özet (EN)
Feldspars forming 60-65% of the earth crust are unhydrous aluminum silicates which has got similar structures and properties with each other. These minerals contain various minerals changing from clays to quartz, named as industrial raw materials. With regard to their chemical compositions and constructions, feldpar minerals are divided into two groups as plagioclase feldspars and alkaline feldspars. In this study, Na K Feldspar flotation was carried out folowing magnetic processing of colored minerals in altered gneiss ore. Flotation tests were performed in a Denver type cell of 1 liter 15 % pulp ratio. In the flotation processes, quartz and feldspar separation was done, activating and floating feldspar with HF at pH range of 2.5-3.Na and K-feldspar was tried to be separated adding NaCl to feldspar concentrate. In order to realize Na-K-feldspar separation, various commercial amine type reactives were utiliezed (GTAP, ARMAC T, ARMEEN DMCD, PROMOPET, ETHONEEN C112, DUOMEEN T,ARMEEN 312, ARMEEN 12D, DUOMEET T). After previously determining optimum conditions with basic studies using GTAP and ARMAC-T, Na-K feldspar separation was carried out at different size groups. In the studies performed with ARMEEN DMCD for gneiss ore of 5.44% Na2O, and 4.133% K2O content, at 5 g/l salt concentration, a K-feldspar concentrate was obtained with 1.45% Na2O and 10.13% K2O content at the rate of 21.41% of total weight and a Na-K feldspar concentrate with 5.74% Na2O and 4.91% K2O content at the rate of 33.74% of total weight. With ETHONEEN C/12 at 10 g/l salt concentration, a K-feldspar concentration at the rate of 14.03% of total weight was obtained with 1.89% Na2O and 10.33% K2O content and a mixed Na-K feldspar concentration with 6.26% Na2O and 5.92% K2O content at rate of 40.14% as weight. At the studies carried out with ARMEEN 12D at 15 g/l salt concentration, a K-feldspar concentration at the rate of 10.29% of total weight was obtained with 1.73% Na2O and 10.29% K2O content, and a Na-K feldspar concentration with 4.54% Na2O and 7.63% K2O content at rate of 31.46% as weightWith DUOMEET T at 20 g/l salt concentration, a K-feldspar concentration at the rate of 31.46% of weigh was obtained with 2.56% Na2O and 9.12% K2O content, and a Na-K feldspar concentration with 6.09% Na2O and 3.88% K2O content at rate of 14.59% as weight. At the tests carried out with PROPOMEET, quartz and feldspar separation was done, whereas Na-K feldspar couldn?t be separated efficiently with the salt. DUOMEEN T couldn?t be effective on quartz and felspar separation. Moreover, ARMEEN 312 also couldn?t be effective on feldspar flotation but it was seen to float the colored impurities. Fort his reason, ferrous impurities were tried to remove with this reactive before the usage of other reactives. The experiments implemented showed that ARMEEN 312 was selective against the colored impurities.
