Characterizations of adjoint curves according to alternative moving frame

Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the adjoint curve is defined by using the alternative moving frame of a unit speed space curve in 3-dimensional Euclidean Space. Taking advantage of the relationship between Frenet vectors and alternative moving frame vectors of the curve, various characterizations are given. Besides, ruled surfaces are constructed with the curve and its adjoint curve and their properties are examined. Finally, alternative moving frame apparatus are taken as director curve and it is investigated whether they can be developable by producing ruled surfaces. The obtained findings are supported with examples and shaped with the help of the MAPLE program.
