Abstract (EN)
Infrastructure facilities, which serve the whole city and should be considered as a whole, should be built in a regular and planned manner, just like cities. These infrastructure facilities could not be transferred to maps in the digital environment, and they were mostly managed with person-oriented information rather than institutional. It is a problem that the manufacturing, maintenance, repair and governance processes of infrastructure facilities cannot be carried out in a timely and effective manner within a system. The only way to provide such a service is to use today's informatics, GIS and GNSS technologies together, unlike the classical methods in the past. The aim of the study is to effectively manage drinking water facilities, which are an important component of infrastructure facilities, with a method using up-to-date cartography technologies and information facilities. Especially after the conversion of LADM to ISO standard, TRGIS studies and many academic studies carried out in our country have been modeled with UML diagrams in accordance with LADM. Within the scope of the study, UML diagrams were prepared with this modeling language and then a GIS database was established. The most important result obtained from the study; The entire drinking water infrastructure of the district centers of the city of Trabzon has been transferred to the system in a structure that allows spatial inquiries and it has been ensured that the fault detection, maintenance and repair processes are carried out in the shortest time and at the least cost. It can be recommended to those who do research on this subject, besides transferring the components of the drinking water infrastructure to the digital environment, as well as linking the subscribers with the information systems. In addition, it can be suggested to design an information system that allows only the people who will be affected by these processes to be informed in case of possible maintenance, repair and malfunction.
