Abstract (EN)
This study is focused on the high number of parameters for machining and the creation of the most suitable machining conditions in order to obtain the desired materials. Experiments were made with 9 different and mill cutters and studied with 3 different parameters. Three different values were considered for each parameter and experiments were carried out. The measurements of tool wear obtained as a result of the experiments were recorded. Thanks to the experimental design created, it was determined which parameter was more effective on tool wear and the best cutting parameters were determined according to the lowest possible tool wear value. As a result of this study, it was understood that the parameter affecting the tool wear the most was the feed rate, then was determined as cutting speed and depht of cut, respectively.
