Abstract (EN)

Justice Against Sponsors Of Terrorism Act (JASTA) is a law adopted in the United States in 2016. According to the law, victims of US citizenship can sue against states that support terrorism the US federal courts. Our thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the responsibility of states in the context of international law is examined. In the second part, the judicial exemption institution of the states in international law is examined. In the third part, JASTA law is evaluated in the context of international law.
