Evaluation of Anatolian ruqya practices within the framework of hadith

In our research, the common ruqya practices in Anatolia were tried to be handled by filtering the Qur'an and hadiths. Based on some application examples, whether ruqyah made in Anatolian geography has its equivalent in the Qur'an and Sunnah, the quantity, correctness and falsity of the use of healing verses and hadiths in the Qur'an and Sunnah in the context of ruqya were determined in proportion to power. In this context, the ruqya practices, teachings and recommendations of Hz. Peygamber on various subjects were examined. Our work consists of two parts. In the First Chapter; As a word and concept, its application in ruqya, jahiliyyah and Islam, its place in Anatolia and tradition, fortune telling, horoscope, evil eye, devil-jinn strikes and their effects on people were discussed.
