Abstract (EN)
The fairy tale, which reflects the cultural values, traditions, customs and belief system and lifestyle of the society to which it belongs, which is born in the oral tradition and is passed on from generation to generation, is an important narrative type of Turkish Folk Literature. The extraordinary features of the fairy tale make the genre even more interesting. The tales that spread in different cultures and geographies contain traces of its cultural structure and values, nourished by the society in which it was born and lived. Fairy tales that do not aim to convince take place in the adult and child worlds with different functions. Children are the adults of the future. The fairy tale genre has many functions in their development and education. In our study, it is aimed to reveal the elements that are included in the tales that color the children's dream world, but that may be objectionable in the perception of children. 1011 fairy tales belonging to the Anatolian Turkish field, compiled from different geographical regions of Turkey, were evaluated through examples that could be negative in terms of child perception. It is not possible to ignore the tales that have great cultural heritage and social importance.
