Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the taxonomical and ecological properties of lichens and lichenicolous fungi distributing in Anamur. The samples were collected between the dates of 30.04.2012 and 21.10.2012. Collected samples were determined from the study area lichen records have reach 217 and 10, respectively with previously reported. All of these lichens and lichenicolous fungi are new records for the study area. The distribution of the lichens growing in Anamur were evaluated according to habitat and substrate structures. Based on the evaluation for substrate selection grow on bark, silicious rock, calcareous rocks and soil in the preference order. Agricultural activities, forest fires, anthropogenic influences such as dams and road construction has affected the distiribution of lichens in study area.
