Abstract (EN)
When the individual applications of the Constitutional Court are examined, it is seen that the applications are mostly directed towards the right to a fair trial. In this context, the right to a fair trial is the most important issue in understanding the effect of the individual application decisions of the Constitutional Court on criminal proceedings. The subject that will determine the systematic of the thesis study is the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court. The starting point of our study is the implications of the law which regulates that the Constitutional Court should decide what needs to be done for the elimination of a violation and its consequences and and legal discussions in this direction.
