Legal results of the individual application tothe Constitutional Court

In this thesis, the effects and results of the decisions made by the Constitutional Court as a result of individual applications were investigated. Since 2012, when individual applications started to the Constitutional Court, many applications have been made within this scope, as a result of which many violation decisions have been made and many legal issues regarding fundamental rights and freedoms have been resolved by serving the purpose of protecting fundamental rights and freedoms in the country. Within this framework, some of the individual application decisions made by the AYM have caused various discussions in the legal community and some in the public. As a result of some current decisions, the issue of binding and enforcement of AYM decisions has been brought to the agenda, while many new jurisprudence related to the rules of domestic law have been introduced. As a result of these jurisprudence, various effects have emerged both on the legislative, executive and judicial organs and in many different social areas. As a result of these effects, some legislative amendments have been made in terms of the legislature, some actions and actions in the administration (executive) have begun to be revised, while judicial bodies have been directed towards some case law changes. In this study, the effects of individual application decisions were analyzed and the legal consequences of individual application were tried to be revealed, especially in the areas of trial within a reasonable time, property rights and freedom of expression.
