The protection of personality rights on the way of individual application to Constitutional judiciary

The master thesis study titled The Protection of Personality Rights on the Way of Individual Application to Constitutional Judiciary consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In this study, how and to what extent the protection of personal rights is realized in the way of individual application to the Constitutional jurisdiction has been examined. Accordingly, in the first part of the thesis, the concepts of person, personality, and personal rights have been reviewed and the personal rights that can be subject to an individual application have been determined. In the second part, the historical development of the individual application remedy, controversial issues in terms of the mentioned rights, the features of the application remedy, and the admissibility conditions required for the application have been explained. In the third part, the decisions that can be made on the way of individual application and the effects they cause as well as the execution of these decisions have been included.
