Abstract (EN)

This study aims to examine the theological and aesthetic aspects of Andrei Rublev's icon art. It examines how religious symbols and figures in Rublev's works carry a meaning in the theological and cultural context of the period and how these meanings can be connected to today's art disciplines. In particular, it focuses on how aesthetic and symbolic elements in icon art can be reinterpreted in ceramic art. Rublev's art is considered an important example of Orthodox Christian art and the study attempts to show how this art can be integrated into modern art practices. The study also addresses the adaptation of cultural heritage to contemporary art and the methodological difficulties encountered in this process. The accessibility and diversity of sources and the objective analysis of theological interpretations and testing their applicability to ceramic art are among the main problems. In general, the historical and cultural effects of Rublev's art are evaluated together with their reflections on modern art.
