Words related to economy in the Quran in terms of their meaning and usage

The Qur'an is the sacred text and guide for Muslims. The messages it contains have a guiding quality in every aspect of life. In this context, analyzing the economic vocabulary in the Qur'an is an important step towards understanding Islam's perspective on economics and incorporating this perspective into modern economic thought. The study analyzed the use of economy-related words in the Qur'an in different contexts. The semantic method was used as a tool to determine the use of words in different contexts and to better understand the Islamic understanding of economics. In this context, it aims to analyze the words related to the economy in the Qur'an, to examine the meanings of these words in depth and to determine their usage. To this end, the roots and meanings of the related words, the frequency of their use in the Qur'an, and the contexts between their past and modern usage were analyzed. Conceptual analysis method was used in the study to examine the words related to economy in the Qur'an. First of all, the words related to economy in the Qur'an were identified and their roots and meanings were analyzed. Then, the usage of these words in different verses is analyzed by making use of commentaries and related dictionaries.
