Abstract (EN)
In this study, independent boards membership is examined. In the first part of our study firstly the definition of this term, that entered our law recently, was made and then the factors that led to its emergence were examined. In the last part of our study, firstly, the integration of this term in our law has been examined. Afterwards, the qualifications, selection, function and finally civil liability were examined and the study was completed.
