Science museums and education relations in the sample of Antalya Space Museum

Education is one of the top priorities of the globalizing world and of our developing country. The information provided on school grounds in the framework of the education system and the curriculum is sufficient and useful for the students to one extent, but the places that allow for the learning of students with doing practice in our country are very limited and not enough. Therefore, in this thesis, an example of a science and technology museum developed by developing the creativity aspects has been modeled and examined for students. In the first part of the thesis, the concepts of education, museum and science museums are emphasized and detailed information is tried to be given. In the second part, it is tried to be modeled and explained in detail with the main lines of the scientific museum that is desired to be created. In the last section, a space science museum is modeled in the province of Antalya in the direction of the model described in the second chapter and relevant information about the museum contents is explained.
