Abstract (EN)
S. aureus is a common human and animal pathogen which can cause a wide variety of infections from relatively minor skin infections to life-threatening systemic illnesses such as endocarditis, sepsis, toxic shock syndromes. S.aureus becomes swiftly resistant to chemotherapeutic which are used in infections. Researches on some new antibiotic options are becoming more intense because treatment of infections with antibiotics has become increasingly difficult owing to the widespread occurrence of strains that are resistant to multiple antibiotics, known as meticillin, lysozyme, glycopeptide. It?s ability to cause diseases depends on it's virulence factor. The most important virulence factors are surface proteins that promote adhesion to host tissue. Protein A is a surface protein that interacts with IgG to coat the surface of the cell with IgG molecules during the enfection that are in the incorrect orientation to provide camouflage on bacteria. In this study, polymeric nano IgG has been synthesied with photosensitive micro emulsion technique devoted to protein A blocation and developed some binding parts on nano IgG for lysozyme with bioconjugation method. Due to using fluorescence feature chemical, the activity tests have carried out by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The activity of nanobioconjugates have been determined in vitro.
