Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is; development of intelligent nanoparticle systems and spectroscopic methods for the diagnosis of bacteria that have developed antibiotic resistance to beta- lactam antibiotics, which can be stable decorated with selective enzymes to the relevant enzymes and also contain pre-compromising properties. Today, infectious diseases are very important in terms of public health and it is a class where successful treatment is usually achieved with an appropriate antibiotic treatment when it is diagnosed early. However, infectious diseases cannot be treated with unnecessary antibiotic use, wrong antibiotic selection, wrong dose and / or cause and eventually the patient is lost. In addition, unreasonable approaches such as the use of antibiotics in a viral infection, microorganisms gain resistance to antibiotics and occurs the economical loss. From this basic knowledge forth; CdSe / ZnS nanocrystals were synthesized in which anti-beta-lactamase antibodies were immobilized on their surfaces for the detection of beta-lactamase. Following the characterization of the prepared nanoparticles, beta-lactamase enzymes, which cause the increase of antibiotic resistance in the body fluids such as saliva and blood have been determined and appropriate antibiotic resistance and bacterial antibiotic usage have been determined.
