Abstract (EN)
Subject of this master thesis consists of the Caryatid Sculptures which are used as columnal support in variety of monumental structures in Ancient Anatolia. Caryatid Sculptures are investigated with the history of the ancient city they belong and examined for the purpose of their production. To specify the Caryatid Sculptures, both ancient and modern sources are studied and significant Caryatids are sorted. Beside the literature research, with stile analyse the resemblances and differences of the Caryatids from the others obtained and the characteristics of Anatolian are appointed.
