Abstract (EN)
Cancer continues to be a highly prevalent and high mortality disease. It is very important to develop compounds with less toxicity and higher therapeutic efficacy for antitumour compounds. In this master thesis, new compounds containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole structure were synthesized based on 3,4-dimethoxyphenylisothiocyanate compound. These compound structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HRMS spectroscopic methods. The activities of obtained compounds on the aromatase enzyme have been studied. As a result of biological activity tests, the interaction of compound 3c with the aromatase enzyme and its biological activities were investigated using molecular docking methods.
