Özet (EN)

A novel selective PVC membrane solid-state microsensor was developed for anticancer drug busulfan (BUS). The potentiometric performances of prepared BUS-selective microsensor were tested under static conditions. The microsensor performed good behaviour (~54 mV/per decade) in busulfan solutions with a short response time (<15 s) and long life-time (4-8 weeks). The prepared BUS-selective sensor exhibited a linear response towards busulfan solutions in a wide concentration range (~10-2 -2,5x10-5 mol.L-1). The prepared sensor also exhibited good selectivity towards busulfan. The prepared BUS-selective potentiometric microsensor was successfully utilized for the determination of busulfan in pharmaceutical drug sample.
