Abstract (EN)

This study examines the relationship between stress management, organizational commitment, and job performance among coaches. The sample of the study consists of 255 coaches working in various sports disciplines in Bingöl province. The research is based on the descriptive analysis model, one of the quantitative research methods. The survey method was used as the data collection tool, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The study employed the ''Coping with Stress Scale'' the ''Organizational Commitment Scale,'' and the ''Individual Job Performance Scale.'' The findings indicate that coaches with strong stress management skills exhibit higher levels of organizational commitment, which positively influences their job performance. Coaches who effectively cope with stress are found to be more motivated at work and perform their duties successfully. Additionally, it was observed that demographic factors have a significant impact on these relationships. In conclusion, it has been understood that improving the stress management skills of coaches is an effective method to enhance both their individual job performance and organizational commitment. Supportive practices aimed at helping coaches in the sports sector manage work-related stress effectively are likely to contribute to both individual and organizational success.
