Abstract (TR)
Abelyen olmayan anyonlarla kuantum hesaplama yapılabilir. Anyonlar ne fermion neboson olmayan, farklı parçacıklardır. v = 5/2 kesirli kuantum Hall durumundaki kuasiparçacıklar Abelyen olmayan anyonların ozelliklerini tasımaktadırlar. Bu tezde v= 5/2 kesirlikuantum Hall durumu kullanılarak (NOT) operasyonunun yapılabileceği gösterilmektedir.Temel kuantum hesaplama ilkeleri gözden geçirilmiş, Abelyen olmayan anyonlarlatopolojik faz tanımlar verilmiiştir. Kesirli kuantum Hall olayı ile ilgili temel bilgiler de verilmiştir.
