Abstract (EN)

R & D expenditures have a large living space in order to ensure a sustainable economic growth. When the endogeneous growth models are examined, it can be seen that the externality created by R & D expenditures has a positive effect on many variables as well as economic growth. In the globalizing economic system, foreign trade relations can also be expressed at a significant level. However, it is seen that countries with a high share in exports of high-tech products have achieved a more sustainable growth and have more robust economic structures compared to others. It prohibits revealing the elements of R&D expenditures above the high-tech consumer product in their country, which does not exceed this period. In this direction, an econometric analysis was carried out using the panel regression method in OECD countries. Analyses cover the period of 2010-2018. In the econometric model of the study, high-tech product exports are dependent variables, R&D expenditures, per capita national income, real exchange rate and foreign direct investments are independent variables. According to the prediction matches; The costs that our basic variables, R&D expenditures, increase the export of high-tech products to the country's requirements are reached. Among other independent variables, per capita income and foreign direct investments also have a positive effect on high-tech product exports. On the other hand, it is reached to the extent that the real exchange rate has a negative savings on high technology product exports.
