Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate if 2 x 15gr dose of bee-pollen administration for seven days on aerobic performance. There were 24 male subjects who were voluntarily participated in the study. Their mean age was 19.95 + 1.33 years old. Also on the average, they were 174.20 + 7,61cm height and their mean weight was 68.22 + 8.45kg.Aerobic power of the subjects was measured by the protocol of Beep Test. After the first measurement, the subjects were randomly divided into three groups which were bee polen group, placebo group and control group. The bee polen group was received 2 x 15gr for 7 days. Similarly, the placebo group was received empty capsule fort he same duration. On the contrary, the control group did not received anything. The results of the study showed that there was statistically significant diffrence between pre-test and post-test of the bee polen group, placebo group and control group in terms of aerobik power (p ? 0.05*). However, when the results were compared among the groups, tje bee polen group was significantly differ from the both placebo group and control group (p ? 0.05*). On the other hand, placebo group did not siggnificantly differ from the control group (p ? 0. 93).Key Words: Bee polen, aerobik power, body composition
