Abstract (EN)
The Arab Spring has affected Turkey not only economically but also politically. With the onset of the Arab Spring, Turkey has experienced a decline in political relations with Syria, with which it has positive political relations. The fact that the political relations between Turkey and Egypt have been continuing at the level of chargé since 2013 has been proof that the diplomatic negotiations between the two states have been carried out at a lower level. In addition, Turkey has been left alone by d'affaires other states regarding the Eastern Mediterranean. Turkey was affected by the Arab Spring process in the Middle East, which is located in its immediate geography, and had to suffer the economic cost. With the foreign trade volume that Turkey has made with the countries of the region in this process, the number of tourists coming from the region has decreased and thousands of people have migrated to Turkey due to the process. The Turkish state has provided in-kind and financial assistance by meeting the housing, health, social and other needs of these people coming from the region. Thus, Turkey was adversely affected by the Arab Spring process in economic terms. Although the Arab Spring did not take place in Turkey, it had a high economic cost to Turkey. The four main elements of economic improvement in Arab countries must be made by. The first one starts with eliminating unemployment and providing a quality education to the society. The second is to improve the living standards of the nation and a fair social life is realized among the citizens. The third is to support the private sectors and keep them active all the time because depend on gas and oil can not stick to their benefit. The fourth factor is the financial situation of Arab economies if they come out of isolation both internally and globally that will be healthy as well.
