Effect of arbuscular mycorhizal fungi and putrescine applications on physicochemical properties of strawberry

Abstract (EN)
In this study conducted in 2018 and 2019, the effects of putrescine and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi applied to strawberry plant on phenological observations, plant yield, vegetative growth and biochemical content of fruit were investigated in Bolu province. In the study, Funneliformis mosseae and Gigaspora margarita mycorrhiza species, putrescine doses of 100 and 150 ppm and interaction treatments of mycorrhizaXputrescine were applied to Kabarla, Festival, Camarosa and Albion strawberry cultivars. As a result of the findings obtained, the highest colonization was obtained in F. mosseae mycorrhiza in Kabarla cultivar and in G. margarita mycorrhiza in other cultivars. Interaction treatments of mycorrhiza and putresin in terms of flowering and harvest dates, and F. mosseae treatment in terms of yield came to the fore. In the study, it was determined that the vitamin C content of the fruits was higher in the FM+ put-150 application in the Kabarla and Festival cultivars and in the FM+put-100 application in the Camarosa and Albion cultivars. Sugar amounts of fruits were found to be more effective in 150 ppm putresin treatment in Festival and Camarosa cultivars and phenolic compound amounts in G. margarita treatment in Camarosa and Albion cultivars. At the end of the study, it was determined that 150 ppm dose is more appropriate when putrescine is used alone. In addition, if the mycorrhiza species are evaluated within themselves, it has been found that F. mosseae species were important in terms of yield and growth parameters, and G. margarita species were important in terms of fruit biochemicals. As a result, it has been determined that the cultivars have different attitudes according to putrescine dose and mycorrhiza types.
