Abstract (EN)

In this thesis Ar (3p) triple differential cross section (TDCSs) were measured by (e,2e) coincidence technique, at Afyon Kocatepe University Electron Collision Laboratory (e-COL). (e,2e) experiments refer specifically to electron impact ionization experiments in which scattered projectile and target electron which has been ejected following the collision process, are selected by energy and direction then detected in coincidence. In (e,2e) scattered experiments TDCS is measured depending on angle, while angle of scattering electron was fixed, angle of ejected electron was scanned. In this study, TDCSs of Ar atom for 200 eV incident electron energy was measured at -10° scattered electron angle and 15 to 30 eV ejected electron energies. Experimental studies in this work, not only helps the development of theoretical models but also produce data to help to understand the dynamics of the specified target gas ionization.
